August 23 - Sundae Fundae Ice Cream Festival

What: Madison's first annual Sundae Fundae Ice Cream Festival will be hosted at Olbrich Gardens on Atwood Avenue on Sunday, August 23rd from noon until 5pm. This is Madison's first major Ice Cream Festival at Olbrich Gardens featuring ice cream, custard, and fro-yo from local brands such as Schoep's Ice Cream, Michaels Frozen Custard, Sassy Cow Creamery, Calliope Ice Cream, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, A&W Windsor and Java Cat Gelato.

Passports will be on sale for $10 at the event or on (coming soon). Your passport gets you (1) free sample from each of our vendors!

What:  "Grounded in Tradition, Growing Our Future" is the theme of this year's Good Neighbor Festival in Middleton. Each August, the town turns out for three days of good old-fashioned family fun. There's live music from local artists, an array of carnival games and, of course, Wisconsin-inspired food galore. To top it off, the last day features an all-encompassing parade showcasing the people and places that make the city thrive. In the spirit of community, all proceeds from the festival are put back into the hands of local organizations, like the Boy and Girl Scouts, The Lions Club, and youth hockey teams.
