I think undertaking a home remodel project is kind of like the best and worst of being an adult.
The sheer appreciation and depth of understanding that you have completed a major task is only complimented by the fact that you've done some of the work yourself.
It's also the most chaotic, headache inducing, stress monster you'll deal with.
I like the home renovation process, mostly because i do most off my own work. That's a reward in itself. I think if I ever went as far as they did at an art/tech expo in South Korea, I would never sleep again. I'd just stare at my walls.
