Aretha Franklin had to hit the hospital after a stiletto emergency. Seems the Queen of Soul stumbled over a pile of her own shoes in her hotel room and took a spiky heel to her left index toe. An x-ray showed a fracture and now the singer says she's just grateful it wasn't her right piano peddle foot. But the diva is concerned, of course, how she is going to match her new Marc Jacobs designer gown with the wooden blue hospital shoe!
