A shout out to all the dairy farmers and everyone connected to them who called in today for the start of June Dairy Month.
It got me thinking about all the cheeses I've loved before. Triple Super Extra Atomically Sharp Cheddar. Mooey-gooey Mozzarella. Co-loving, co-mingled co-Jack.
I think I've come to realize there is one product that brings together all the greatness that is cheese. Its formally called a four pack cheese wedge rectangle package dealio. Actually I don't know what its called, but I just had one at my house last week. Now its gone and I miss it.
Back to the store...and bravo to who ever created it.
