Make it on Monday and enjoy the leftovers in sandwiches all week long!
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup garden-style spaghetti sauce, divided
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp each salt and pepper
1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Pat into an ungreased loaf pan.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for an hour. Spread the remaining spaghetti sauce (1/2 cup) over loaf. Bake 5-10 minutes longer (or until meat thermometer reads 165 and juices run clear).
