Winter Weather in Wisconsin

I bet I'm like you and dislike those media people who over blow the weather predictions.  TV is mostly more guilty than radio.  And my apologies upfront, if I'm perceived as "one of those".  When I hear one inch of snow predicted, I jump into panic mode on the air, but only because it's been so long for me.  Yes, I grew up in Canada, in four seasons Toronto.  But I moved to Madison from Vancouver on the west coast.  The weather there, much like Seattle and other parts of the Pacific Northwest.  Rainy & chilly winters.  But rarely snow, except for in the mountains.  And rarely does the thermometer drop below freezing.  And to add to my adjustment issues, I spent many years in Florida before that.

So I'm not overreacting to winter weather,  just being a "wuss", as I continue to acclimate.  Thanks for your patience.  Ho Ho Ho.
