So many movies, so little time to watch them all. In this case, each of these movies are worth watching over and over and over and over.
The comedy is my favorite genre of film, because I love to laugh (who doesn't?) I will take a good comedy over sci-fi, drama, action, animated or even the best viral video out there. If you haven't rented these, get to the video store now!
Here's my list of the best comedies of the 2000s:
10. O Brother, Where Art Thou? - Coen Brothers rule the universe.
9. Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan - Highly offensive, yet highly original.
8. Lost In Translation - Bill Murray makes me think and laugh.
7. Little Miss Sunshine - So many witty elements, so many good actors.
6. Bad Santa - The funniest, most offensive Christmas movie you'll ever watch.
5. Best In Show - The Spinal Tap guys do the Westminster Dog show.
4. Juno - I love the snarky side of comedy.
3. Sideways - There is not a single minute that's bad in this one. Paul Giamatti's last really excellent role.
2. Napolean Dynamite - Totally sweet ninja skills, masterful indy comic elements.
1. Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgandy - Perhaps Will Ferrell's best stupid comedy. I still watch it over and over and over. Stay classy Madison.
