There is so much going on around you every day -- so do you ever catch yourself talking out loud -- to yourself?

Jim and I talked about it during McGaw in the Morning, and after comparing notes realized, we BOTH do it to some extent. Then laughed about it.

But a new study supports good reasons for talking out loud to yourself and shows, when we say the information, we hear it. Researchers with the University of Waterloo in Ontario say the dual action of speaking as well as hearing helps your brain grasp and hang on to the information.
