New Marvel Studios' Black Panther Trailer is FIRE!

Watch Chadwick Boseman slay as T'Challa

October 16, 2017

Sure, you've probably already seen Chadwick Boseman portray real-life heroes Jackie Robinson in 2013's 42 and James Brown in 2014's Get on Up, but it's the 40-year-old's latest role that could send him into the Hollywood stratosphere.

Boseman, who first appeared as the Marvel superhero Black Panther, a.k.a. T'Challa, in last year's Captain America: Civil War will reprise the role in the upcoming Black Panther film from Marvel Studios. The movie will be the 18th superhero film in the so-called Marvel Universe. In addition to Boseman playing the title character, the film stars Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Andy Serkis, and more. Earlier this week, Marvel released the stunning trailer for the upcoming film, and based on the below video, this latest superhero movie could be the most cinematically stunning to date.

Marvel's Black Panther is expected to be released in February.
