Adam Elliott
Congratulations. You've tracked me down!
My name is Adam, I am part of the morning show, I'm tall, dark and handsome and like romantic walks in the park. Well...at least I'm tall.
Can you believe they actually pay me to go see movies? Check out my movie reviews, my blog, my bio, or shoot me an email and let me know what you're thinking about.
Popcorn & A Movie With Adam That's right, I'm a movie buff. The thrill of getting lost on the silver screen, the depth of the characters, the beauty of a well designed plot. Oh yeah...don’t forget the popcorn. Mmmmm...popcorn. Read my latest reviews.

Adam's Bio
I am a tried and true Madisonian, and can think of nothing better than listening to tunes at the Memorial Union in a starburst chair, or chomping on a brat on Badger Saturdays at Camp Randall.
LaFollette High School set me on the path to UW-Whitewater, which has their own student radio station. If you can believe it, while in college I hosted a Reggae show and sported some fine looking dreadlocks. It was after the broadcast journalism bug bit me, that I traded my locks for a microphone and tape recorder and hit the beat.
Out of college, I landed my first radio job in Fort Atkinson in 1996, where I was a news reporter in the morning. I covered just about anything and everything imaginable. That opened things up for a job back in Mad-Town at WOLX. I started doing afternoon newscasts in 2000, and switched over to news in the morning in 2001.
As far as music goes, I’m kind of like and iPod. My tastes range from the WOLX favs...The Beatles, Otis Redding and anything Motown...to a variety of artsits in the blues, rock, reggae, jazz and even classical genres.
Other than current events, I have a lot of different hobbies. I'm very much into skiing and biking the Lake Monona Bike Path. I'm very much a green thumb, I’m taking piano lessons, doing my own remodel work on my home and am taking classes to become a true webmaster! My favorite hobby has to be singing the hits to my niece Breanna!
